A fair review – pros and cons

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! My room was comfortable, clean, and spacious. The sauna was a delightful treat. Perfect location for concert-goers near the Böle Arena!

The breakfast system needs improvement. congestion and running out of items caused frustration. I encountered long wait times during check-in, which detracted from my experience. Noise from adjacent rooms was also a minor inconvenience.

I faced significant issues during my stay. The breakfast service on Sunday was a complete disaster. the dining area was overcrowded and many items ran out frequently. when I raised concerns with staff about the children's unauthorized presence in the women’s sauna, no action was taken during my four-night visit, making for a very uncomfortable experience.

The standard room was very comfortable, with air conditioning, a coffee machine, and a private bathroom. I loved the soundproofing and the flat-screen TV. The sauna was fantastic, and the fitness centre was well equipped. I appreciated the free toiletries and the complimentary water. Breakfast had a great variety and quality too.

The location was perfect with near access to public transport, making it easy to explore. The facilities were top-notch, especially the well-equipped gym which was great for unwinding after a night out. Plus, the breakfast selection was impressive and catered to various dietary needs.

The elevator service seemed a bit slow during peak times, which was slightly inconvenient.

The upgraded room on the top floor had nice amenities like a bathrobe and a Nespresso machine, making for a comfortable experience. The hotel provides good facilities for conferences, being directly connected to the expo center.

The surroundings aren't pretty, presenting an industrial view that's uninspiring. The breakfast cost is steep—24 euros per person, and finding vegetarian options alongside meat can be a hassle. There have been issues with room maintenance, like missing minibar items and inadequate staff attention to cleanliness in previous stays.

The gym offered excellent equipment, perfect for workouts. Unfortunately, the breakfast area got overcrowded during peak times.

Had a sweet as stay, but the breakfast was busy as heck and ran out heaps. The room was top-notch, though, really comfy!

It was just a nice choice for a brief stopover in Helsinki with very good value for money. The rooms and beds are extremely comfortable, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. Make sure to grab a quick breakfast as it’s decent, but avoid dining at the hotel restaurant unless you really have to.

my stay at holiday inn was fantastic! the fitness center was well-equipped, which was a plus for my morning routine. being close to the train station made it super easy to explore the city. the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making me feel valued during my visit.
